이상일 용인특례시장, 여성지도자 양성평등 역량강화 워크숍 참석

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 이상일 용인특례시장은 ‘2024년 여성지도자 양성평등 역량강화 워크숍’에 참석했다.

지난 7일 기흥구 KB증권 연수원에서 열린 워크셥에서 이상일 시장은 “용인시를 따뜻한 생활 공동체로 만드는데 헌신해 주신 여성 지도자들께 감사드린다”며 “유익한 프로그램들로 구성된 이번 워크숍이 여러분들에게 도움이 됐길 바라고 앞으로도 각 분야에서 활발한 활동 기대하겠다”고 말했다.

(사)경기도여성단체협의회 용인시지회(회장 이윤송)가 주관한 이번 워크숍은 다양한 분야에서 활동하는 여성 지도자들의 리더십 역량을 키우고 여성 리더들에게 네트워크 구축 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련됐다.

워크숍에는 용인특례시 여성 관련 기관·단체 소속 여성 지도자 60여명이 참석해 1박 2일 동안 양성 평등 관계 맺기, 여성 리더의 역할, 팀 빌딩, 감정 회복프로그램 등의 교육을 받았다.

이윤송 여성단체협의회장은 “각 분야에서 활약하고 있는 여성 리더들을 다방면으로 지원하기 위해 워크숍을 준비했다”며 “앞으로도 용인시 양성평등 문화 정착을 위해 여러 기관들과 협력해나가겠다”고 말했다.
