광명시, 평생학습 통합플랫폼 이용자 증가

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광명 이현준기자] 광명시는 평생학습 통합플랫폼 ‘광명e지’ 이용자가 6개월여 만에 17배 증가했다.

생애주기별 평생교육 프로그램을 원스톱으로 이용할 수 있도록 구축한 평생학습 통합플랫폼 ‘광명e지’가 월평균 35만 8천 명으로 크게 늘었다.

또 인생플러스센터 등 신규 교육 운영기관이 별도의 홈페이지를 만들지 않고 ‘광명e지’에서 수강신청과 결제를 할 수 있어 도입 비용 4천만 원을 절감하는 성과도 거뒀다. 여성비전센터, 주민자치센터, 도서관 등 기존 교육 운영기관들도 향후 홈페이지 고도화나 유지관리비 예산을 기관별로 연간 600만 원을 절감할 수 있게 됐다.

‘광명e지’는 시 평생학습원에서 운영하는 프로그램을 비롯해 산하 공공기관과 도서관, 동 행정복지센터 등에서 이뤄지는 모든 평생학습 프로그램을 망라해 온라인에서 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 서비스를 제공하고 있다.

서비스 개시 후 광명자치대학, 광명지식상점, 평생학습축제, 장애인 평생학습 강좌 등 평생학습원 220개 프로그램을 비롯해, 여성비전센터 181개, 도서관 160개, 인생플러스센터 34개 등 31개 기관 1천76개 강좌를 ‘광명e지’에서 접수하였다. 또 광명시민 평생학습지원금 신청도 가능하다.

평생학습을 이용하고자 하는 시민은 ‘광명e지’에서 본인이 원하는 교육정보를 분야별, 기관별로 검색 선택할 수 있고 수강신청과 온라인 결제, 교육 이력 및 수료증 출력까지 원스톱으로 해결할 수 있다.

시 평생학습원이 제작한 동영상 학습 콘텐츠와 경기도 지식(GSEEK) 등 타 기관 동영상 강좌를 들을 수 있으며, 줌(ZOOM)을 접목해 온라인으로 실시간 화상 강의가 가능한 시스템도 갖췄다.
