오산시, 2024년 계약심사 직무교육 실시

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=오산 이현준기자] 오산시가 계약심사 직무교육을 실시했다.

지난 2일과 11일, 오산시청 물향기실에서 오산시청 공무원 및 오산도시공사, 오산시 문화재단 등 공사·용역·물품구매 관련 사업담당자 등을 대상으로 교육을 진행했다.

이번 직무교육은 사업담당자들에게 실무적용의이해를 돕기 위해 1회(공사·용역·물품구매), 2회(청소·경비용역)로 나누어 실시했다.

경희대학교 산업관계연구소 고형진 강사(원가분석연구실 팀장/수석연구위원)와 이윤선 주무관(오산시 계약심사팀)이 예정가격산정 및 계약금액조정 등에 대한 강의와 질의응답 순으로 진행했다.

시 관계자는 “신규 공무원이나 인사이동으로 교육이 필요한 직원들을 대상으로 눈높이에 맞춘 강의와 실제 사례 위주의 교육을 추진해 계약심사 업무 담당자의 역량을 강화하겠다”고 전했다.

고병훈 감사담당관은 “담당 업무에 관한 관련 법령 및 지침 등의 정확한 업무 연찬은 직원들의 필수항목이며 공무원의 직무능력 향상이 궁극적으로오산시민의 공공복리 및 오산시 청렴도 향상으로 귀결될 것”이라고 말했다.

오산시는 2024년 계약심사 사례집을 제작해 오산시 전 부서 및 관계 기관에배포해 효율적인 계약심사 제도 운영에 만전을 기할 예정이다.

한편 계약심사 제도란 지자체에서 각종 공사 및 용역 등의 분야에서 사업시행 전원가계산의 적정성 분석을 통해 예산 운영의 효율성을 극대화하기 위한 제도로 오산시는 계약심사 제도 운영으로 2023년도에 21억 원의 예산을 절감했다.
