브레이크뉴스는 지난 2003년에 발행하기 시작했다. 그 이후, 21년 간, 인터넷 매체 상위 순위를 지켜왔다. 그간, 본지에 등재된 기사-정보의 총 수는 1,036,779 건(10월19일 오전 현재)이다. 103만 건이라는 대량(大量)의 뉴스-정보가 탑재돼 있다. 이러한 대량 원천 뉴스-정보는 인공지능(AI) 시대의 기초 뉴스-정보라 할 수 있다. 이를 계기로, 본지(브레이크뉴스)가 자신만만하게 외부에 공개할 수 있는 5가지 특장(特長)을 소개하려 한다.

1.현재 세계는 급속하게 인공지능 시대로 이전돼 가고 있다. 본지가 그 동안 생산-탑재해놓은 103만 건이라는 대량 뉴스–정보는 글로벌 시대의 대한민국 뉴스-정보의 자산(資産)이라고 평할 수 있다.
2.본지는 지난 2020년 9월28일부터 구글번역기(인공지능)를 이용한 영문(英文)번역 기사를 기사의 말미에 첨부, 제공해왔다. 구글의 영문번역기는 60% 이해를 목표로 운용되는 인공지능 번역기여서 저작물로 인정을 받는 단계는 아직 아니다. 하지만. 영어가 세계 공통어인 점을 감안하면, 영문번역 기사-정보가 끼친 영향력은 지대(至大)할 것이다. 그간 본지 기사-정보를 기사 말미(末尾)에 구글번역기로 번역-게재한 기사-정보 건수(2020년 9월28일 이후-현재까지)는 30만 건을 상회한다.

5.본지는 자체(自體) 사옥을 가진 인터넷 매체이다. 오세훈 서울시장은 모든 서울지역을 정원화 하는 구상을 실행에 옮기고 있다. 본지는 이에 발맞춰, 신문사의 자체 사옥 외부 공간을 정원으로 꾸몄다. 대한민국 문화 선진국가 만들기에 앞장서 왔다. 본지 사옥은 건축한지 올해로 88년이라는 오래된 건축역사를 가진 고옥(古屋)이며, 아름다운 사옥으로 거듭나 있다.
