[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군 가조면은 5일 (사)대한노인회 거창군지회 가조면 분회(회장 우인철)에서 운영하는 동부노인대학 수강생들과 함께 선진지 견학 및 화합행사를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이날 행사에는 동부권(가조, 가북, 지산) 노인대학생 90여 명이 참여해, 전남 광양제철소와 여수 일대를 탐방하며 소통하고 친목을 다졌다.
우인철 노인회장은 “이번 견학으로 노년기 삶의 질 향상과 생활의 활력을 더하는 계기가 되었다”며 “앞으로 사회봉사 등 지역사회 발전에도 적극적으로 참여해 주시길 바란다”고 말했다.
김인수 가조면장은 “노인대학 선진지 견학 및 화합행사를 축하드리며, 노인회가 더욱더 활성화되고 발전할 수 있도록 행정에서도 많은 관심을 가지겠다”고 말했다.
