이랜드가 그룹 전략기획본부 신입사원 채용에 들어갔다.
이랜드는 그룹의 핵심 비즈니스 전략을 함께 만들어 나갈 ESI(Eland Strategic Intelligence) 2024년 하반기 신입사원을 10월 21일부터 11월 24일까지 모집한다고 11월 13일 밝혔다.
ESI는 △뉴발란스 △스파오 △미쏘 △애슐리퀸즈 △켄싱턴호텔앤리조트 △NC, 뉴코아아울렛 등 이랜드 주요 브랜드의 성장을 이끈 그룹 전략기획 본부다. 해당 조직은 다양한 직무경험과 사업운영을 통해 경영자 및 그룹 내 핵심리더를 양성한다.
이랜드에 따르면 이번 채용을 통해 △전략기획(국내/해외) △영업/마케팅 △인사 △재무/자금 직무를 모집하고, 선발된 인원은 2025년 1월부터 2월까지 약 2개월간 인턴십 프로그램을 통해 그룹 및 각 사업부문의 주요 프로젝트를 진행하게 된다. 전략기획(해외) 직무 지원자 중 일부에게는 인턴십 기간 동안 중국, 베트남 등 해외 국가에 파견되어 글로벌 프로젝트를 진행할 기회가 제공된다.
이번 채용에서는 채용 박람회, 캠퍼스 리쿠르팅 등 취업 준비생을 위한 프로그램을 진행해 현직자와 지원자들이 소통할 수 있는 시간을 마련했다.
이랜드 ESI 관계자는 “그룹 전략기획본부 ESI는 ‘경력 아닌 실력 중심의 채용’이라는 슬로건을 바탕으로 2007년부터 이랜드그룹 계열사 컨설팅 및 신사업 론칭 업무를 담당해온 핵심 인재 양성조직”이라고 말하며, “이번 ESI 신입사원 채용에서는 실전 프로젝트를 통해 글로벌 리더로 성장하고, 이랜드그룹과 함께 미래를 이끌어나갈 인재를 기다린다”고 말했다.

IRAND is hiring new employees for the Group Strategic Planning Division.
Eland announced on Nov. 13 that it is recruiting new employees for the second half of 2024 for ESI (Eland Strategic Intelligence), which will co-create the group's core business strategy, from Oct. 21 to Nov. 24.
ESI is the group's strategic planning headquarters that drives the growth of Eland's major brands, including New Balance, Swoosh, Misso, Ashley Queens, Kensington Hotels & Resorts, NC, and New Balance Athletics. The organization cultivates executives and key leaders within the group through various job experiences and business operations.
According to the company, the recruitment will include positions in strategic planning (domestic/overseas), sales/marketing, human resources, and finance/finance, and the selected candidates will work on major projects of the group and each business division through an internship program for about two months from January to February 2025. Some candidates for the Strategic Planning (Overseas) position will be offered the opportunity to travel to overseas countries such as China and Vietnam to work on global projects during their internship.
In this recruitment, programs for job seekers, such as job fairs and campus recruitment, were held to provide a time for current employees and applicants to communicate.
