브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 우크라이나가 20일(현지시각) 미국산 장거리 미사일 사용을 시작한 데 이어 영국산 장거리 미사일로도 러시아 본토를 타격했다는 외신 보도가 나왔다.
이에 미국은 우크라이나 키이우에 위치한 대사관을 폐쇄 조치하고 직원들에게도 대피를 지시했다.
19일(현지시간) 러시아 타스 통신에 따르면 우크라이나는 러시아 브리얀스크 지역에 미국산 에이태큼스(ATACMs) 미사일 6기를 발사했다.
러시아 국방부는 이 중 5기를 격추시켰고 나머지 1기도 파손시켰다고 밝히면서 격추된 미사일 파편들이 군사시설로 떨어져 화재가 발생했지만 피해나 사상자는 발생하지 않았다고 설명했다.
