[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 21일 지역 내 돌봄종사자 대상 지원 사업을 평가하고 향후 사업의 방향을 논의하는 평가보고회를 개최했다.

평가보고회에는 2024년 사업에 참여한 10여 곳의 돌봄기관 대표 돌봄종사자들이 참석해, 한 해의 성과를 돌아보고, 향후 돌봄종사자를 위한 사업에 대해 다양한 의견을 나누는 시간을 가졌다.

이번 평가보고회는 돌봄 서비스의 발전과 종사자들의 권익 향상을 위한 실질적인 방향을 모색하는 중요한 자리였다.

거창군은 이번 평가보고회를 통해 수렴된 의견을 바탕으로, 돌봄 서비스의 질을 높이고, 종사자들의 처우 개선을 위한 다양한 정책을 2025년 돌봄종사자 지원 사업에 구체적으로 반영할 계획이다.
