[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군이 오는 12월 1일부터 2027년 12월 31일까지 3년간 행정안전부 주관 ‘국민행복민원실’ 재인증 우수기관으로 선정됐다.
이는 지난 2020년 최초 인증 이후 재인증을 획득한 것으로 거창군이 군민 편의를 중심으로 민원 환경개선과 맞춤형 민원 서비스 제공을 위해 지속적으로 노력한 결과다.
‘국민행복민원실’은 행안부가 전국 지자체, 교육청, 세무서 경찰서 등 공공기관을 대상으로 민원실 운영 우수기관을 선정하고 인증하는 제도다.
평가 항목은 민원실의 내외부 환경, 민원서비스 종합평가 고객 만족도 조사 등으로 서면 심사와 현지실사, 체험점검을 포함한 종합적인 심사를 거쳐 선정된다.
