[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 창원경상국립대병원이 건강보험심사평가원에서 공개한 ‘9차 관상동맥우회술 적정성평가’에서 1등급을 받아 5회 연속 최우수 등급을 획득했다고 4일 밝혔다.
이번 9차 평가는 2021년 10월부터 2023년 9월까지의 진료분으로 허혈성심질환으로 관상동맥우회술을 실시한 총 92개(상급종합병원 44곳, 종합병원 48곳) 기관을 대상으로 실시했다.
평가를 위한 지표는 관상동맥우회술 수술량, 내흉동맥을 이용한 관상동맥우회술률, 퇴원 시 항혈소판제 처방률, 수술 후 출혈 또는 혈종으로 인한 재수술률, 수술 후 30일 내 사망률, 퇴원 30일 내 재입원율, 수술 후 입원일수 등으로 7개 영역에서 모두 높은 점수를 받았다.
창원경상국립대병원 황수현 병원장은 “심장질환은 우리나라 주요 사망원인으로 질병의 위험도가 높고 발생률이 지속적으로 증가하고 있다”며 “앞으로도 환자의 신속한 진단과 치료를 위해 최선을 다하겠다”고 전했다.
