브레이크뉴스 정명훈 기자= 홍장원 국가정보원 1차장이 6일 국회 정보위원회에 출석해 비상계엄과 관련, 윤석열 대통령에게 직접 지시를 받았다고 증언했다.
홍장원 1차장은 이날 국회를 찾아 신성범 국회 정보위원장과 정보위 민주당 간사인 김병기 의원과 면담을 통해 윤 대통령의 계엄 선포와 관련한 현안보고를 했다.
김병기 의원은 면담 직후 기자들과 만나 홍 차장에게 보고받은 내용 일부를 전달했다. 이에 따르면 홍 차장은 3일 윤석열 대통령에게 직접 전화 지시를 받았다.
홍 차장은 윤 대통령이 전화로 "이번 기회에 다 잡아들여. 싹 다 정리해"라며 "국정원에도 대공수사권을 줄테니 방첩사령부를 도와 지원해. 자금이면 자금, 인력이면 인력 무조건 도와라"라고 했다고 한다.
이후 홍 차장은 여인형 방첩사령관에게 전화를 걸어 이같은 윤 대통령의 지시 사항을 전달하자, 여인형 사령관은 체포 대상자 명단을 불러주며 이들에 대한 소재파악이 잘 안되고 있으니 국정원이 위치추척을 해달라고 요구했다고 설명했다.

체포 대상자 명단은 우원식 국회의장, 한동훈 국민의힘 대표, 이재명 더불어민주당 대표, 박찬대 민주당 원내대표, 김민석 민주당 최고위원, 정청래 법제사법위원장, 조국 조국혁신당 대표, 유튜버 김어준 씨, 김명수 전 대법원장, 권순일 전 대법관 등이었다.
김병기 의원은 "홍 차장은 체포 명단을 받아 적다가 미친X이라는 생각을 들어 더이상 메모하기를 중단했다고 한다"며 이외에도 몇사람의 명단이 더 있었다고 전했다.
김 의원은 그러면서 "여인형 사령관은 1차 검거, 2차 검거 대상자를 순차적으로 검거해서 방첩사에 있는 구금시설에 구금한 뒤 조사할 예정이라고 해서 '알았다' 하고 통화를 끊었는데, 말도 안된다고 생각했다"고 말했다.
