논산시 노사민정협의회, '공동선언문' 채택...지역 살리기 나서

논산시 노사민정협의회가 논산시청 상황실에서 지난 9일 협의회 위원 15여 명이 참석한 가운데 제2차 본회의를 개최했다고 10일 밝혔다.

이날 본회의에서는 2024년도 사업 추진상황과 2025년도 사업계획 보고, 노사민정 공동선언문 채택 안건 의결, 사무국 운영 위수탁 협약 체결 등이 진행되었다.

이번에 채택된 ‘노사민정 공동선언문’은 ▲협력적 노사관계 구축, ▲청년 인력의 안정적 수급, ▲노동시장 이중구조 개선, ▲고용차별 예방 노력 등의 내용을 담고 있으며, 향후 지역사회의 지속 가능한 성장을 도모할 것으로 기대한다.

이어 한국노총 논산지역지부와 사무국 운영 위수탁 협약을 체결했으며, 2025년부터 3년 간 노사민정협의회의 사업 운영과 관리 업무를 위탁한다. 앞으로 협의회의 효율적 운영과 지역 경제 발전을 위한 실질적 기틀이 될 전망이다.
