공주시는 지난 16일 아트센터 고마 컨벤션홀에서 공주시 교육발전특구 사업설명회를 개최했다고 17일 밝혔다. 이날 설명회에는 최원철 시장, 구기남 공주교육지원청 교육장, 공주시 각급 학교장, 학부모, 시민 등 200여 명이 참석했다.
