'천안 수신일반산단' 조성 계획 승인...전략 산업 유치 총력

천안시는 동남구 수신면 해정·백자리와 성남면 봉양리 일대 약 159만3천963㎡ 규모의 ‘천안 수신일반산업단지’ 계획을 승인 고시했다고 20일 밝혔다.

본 산단은 전국 최초 '환지 방식'으로 개발될 예정이며, 사업 시행은 천안수신일반산업단지개발사업조합이 맡게 된다.

총 사업비는 약 4천582억 원으로 추산되며, 내년 6월 환지계획 인가와 지장물 보상 완료 후 착공에 들어가 2027년 준공할 계획이다.

수신일반산업단지는 지속 가능한 신성장 동력 확보를 위해 이차전지 관련 산업과 신성장산업 분야의 전략업종을 유치할 것으로 알려졌으며, 약 3천700개의 신규 일자리가 창출될 것으로 예상된다.
