[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 전국공무원노동조합 김해시지부는 2일 김해시청 시무식 행사에서 2024 베스트 간부공무원 및 시의원에 대한 인정패 전달식을 가졌다.
노조는 지난 12월 4일부터 6일까지 시 공무원들을 대상으로 직장 내 괴롭힘 문화를 근절하고 수평적 리더십과 선한 영향력으로 조직에 긍정적인 변화를 일으키기 위해 베스트·워스트 간부 공무원과 시의원을 선정하는 설문조사를 실시했다.
2,000여 명의 설문조사 결과 2024년 베스트 간부공무원 3명에는 박종환 경제국장, 김민규 인사과장, 허상배 건축과장이 선정됐으며, 베스트 시의원에는 송재석, 김진규, 정준호 의원 등 3명이 선정됐다.
노조는 베스트 간부공무원으로 선정된 이들의 공통점으로 조직구성원의 의견 및 인격 존중, 업무파악·대안제시 능력 우수, 민주적·합리적 일처리 등으로 꼽았다.
베스트 시의원으로 선정된 이들의 공통점으로 직원 의견이나 인격 존중, 소신·책임감, 시민 의사 대변 및 대안제시 능력 등이었다.
노조는 베스트 간부공무원 및 시의원에게 인정패를 전달하면서 선한 영향력을 계속 발휘하여 조직 전체에 긍정적인 변화를 촉발시켜 달라고 당부했다.
한편, 워스트 간부공무원에 대해서는 집행부와 공개 면담을 통해 명단 및 언급 구체적 사례를 전달해 문제점에 대한 개선 대책을 요구했다.
설문에 응한 직원들은 워스트 간부공무원으로 선정된 이들의 공통점으로 과도한 회의 및 보고자료 요구, 무리한(엉뚱한) 업무 지시로 직원 업무 과중 등이라고 답변했다.
정창복 노조지부장은 “간부공무원의 리더십은 직원 사기와 업무효율에 큰 영향을 미친다.”면서 “앞으로도 매년 직원들의 목소리를 반영한 공정한 평가를 실시하여 건전한 조직문화 조성에 힘쓰겠다.”고 밝혔다.
