대전교육청, 정보공개 종합평가서 3년 연속 '우수' 등급 성과

대전시교육청이 행정안전부 주관 '2024년 정보공개 종합평가'에서 3년 연속 '우수' 기관으로 선정됐다.

중앙행정기관, 지방자치단체, 시·도교육청, 공공기관 등 전국 554개 기관을 대상으로 진행된 이번 평가에서는 ▲사전정보 ▲원문공개 ▲청구처리 ▲고객관리 ▲제도운영 총 5개 분야에서의 '정보공개' 성과들을 총괄적으로 검증했다.

대전시교육청은 투명한 정보공개를 통해 교육행정 신뢰도를 향상시키기 위해 많은 노력을 기울여 왔으며, 2024년 정보공개 평가 영역별 11개 지표 중 6개 지표에서 만점을 획득하는 등 긍정적 성과를 이뤘다.

특히 접수된 정보공개 요청에 관해 명확한 법적 근거를 바탕으로 상세하고 타당한 정보를 기한내 제공하였고 학부모 설문조사, 누리집 최다 검색어 분석 등 다각적인 접근 방법을 통하여 정보공개 수요를 분석하는 등 높은 수준으로 관리된 고객관리 분야가 평가 과정에서 많은 주목을 받았다.

대전시교육청 고영규 총무과장은 “앞으로도 시민들이 다양한 정보에 보다 쉽게 접근할 수 있도록 지속적으로 방안을 마련하겠다."라며, “이를 통해 대국민의 알권리 확보와 투명한 정보공개 확대를 위해 최선을 다하겠다."라고 말했다.

Daejeon Metropolitan Office of Education was selected as an 'Excellent' organization for three consecutive years in the '2024 Comprehensive Information Disclosure Evaluation' hosted by the Ministry of the Interior and Safety.
