충남 서천군은 지난 11일, 630명의 노인일자리 참여자들과 함께 '2025년 서천군 노인일자리 통합발대식'을 성공적으로 개최했다.
이번 행사는 (사)대한노인회 서천군지회, 서천군노인복지관, 서천시니어클럽 등 여러 노인일자리 수행기관들이 협력하여 진행되었으며, 참여자 선서와 구호 제창, 유공자 표창 등이 이어졌다.
특히, 한국노인인력개발원 대전충남지역본부 양철이 본부장이 참여자들을 대상으로 직무 교육을 진행하여, 사업의 내실을 다지고, 안전한 활동을 위한 교육의 시간을 가졌다.
서천군은 올해 총 59개의 노인 일자리 사업을 통해 3,831개의 일자리를 제공할 예정이다. 경로당, 학교, 복지 및 문화시설, 공원 관리뿐만 아니라 취약계층 지원, 공영장례 지원 등 다양한 분야에서 활동을 펼쳐 지역사회에 기여할 계획이다.
