한중도시우호협회는 2월15일 보도자료에서 “한중도시우호협회(회장 권기식)은 14일 오후 중국 상하이시 황푸(黃浦)구 소재 상하이공상연합회 회의실에서 홍콩 환경기업인인 홍콩스프링스피릿바이오테크놀로지그룹(회장 자레이ㆍZha Lei)와 한중 환경 공공프로젝트 업무협약을 체결했다”고 알렸다. 양측은 한중 양국의 환경 보호와 환경산업 발전을 위해 환경 공공프로젝트를 공동 진행하기로 했다.

이 자료에 따르면, 한중도시우호협회는 자레이(Zha Lei) 홍콩의 스프링스피릿 바이오 테크놀로지 그룹 회장을 홍콩 지회장, 진티항(金剔行) 상해 건축노무공정 유한공사 대표를 상하이 지회장, 안케장(Anke Jian) 홍콩 스프링 스피릿 바이오 테크놀로지 그룹 이사를 한중경제협력센터 베이징 센터장, 리쥔용(李軍勇) 상해 육전법무법인 변호사를 한중 경제협력센터 상하이 센터장, 진용(金勇) 상하이 상학원 교수를 한중 문화교류센터 상하이 센터장, 류융춘(劉永春) 상해원원생물 과기유한공사 대표를 상하이시 지회 비서장으로 각각 임명했다.
권기식 한중도시우호협회 회장은 "지속 가능한 발전과 성장을 위해 한중 양국이 환경 분야에서 긴밀히 협력할 필요가 있다"며 "한중도시우호협회는 중국의 환경 단체 및 기업들과 함께 환경 보호와 환경 산업 발전을 위한 공공프로젝트를 추진할 방침"이라고 밝혔다.

Kwon Ki-sik, Chairman of the Korea-China Cities Friendship Association, said, “For sustainable development and growth, Korea and China need to cooperate closely in the environmental sector,” and “The Korea-China Cities Friendship Association plans to promote public projects for environmental protection and environmental industry development together with Chinese environmental organizations and companies.”
