최상목 대통령 권한대행 경제부총리 겸 기획재정부 장관이 18일 "관세 피해 지원에 가용 수단을 총동원하겠다"고 밝혔다.
최 권한대행은 이날 오후 서울 종로구 정부서울청사에서 열린 민·관 합동 제6차 수출전략회의에서 "최근 높아진 수출 불확실성에 선제적 체계적으로 대응하기 위한 방안들을 집중 논의하겠다"며 이같이 밝혔다
그러면서 "무역금융은 역대 최대 366조 수준을 공급하고 상반기에 수출 바우처 예산 2400억의 90% 이상을 투입하겠다"며 "중소·중견기업을 위해 원산지 증명 컨설팅부터 대체 판로 개척까지 지원하는 관세 대응 수출 바우처를 도입하고, 6월까지 무역보험·보증료를 50% 일괄 감면하며 피해 기업에 보험 한도를 최대 2배까지 확대하겠다"고 했다.
또 "통상 환경 변화로 해외 사업장을 조정하는 기업들이 국내로 빠르게 복귀하도록 유턴기업 세제 지원·보조금을 강화하겠다"며 "향후 관세 부과에 따른 기업 피해가 구체화하는 경우 추가 재정 지원 방안도 적극 강구하겠다”고 했다.
이어 "위기를 기회로 삼고 새로운 수출시장을 과감하게 개척하겠다"며 "우크라이나·중동 등 향후 재건 수요가 기대되는 지역에 대해 한시적 수출 특례보험을 통해 선제적 지원하겠다"고 밝혔다.
더불어 "최근 부상하는 글로벌 사우스(Global South·남반구·북반구 저위도 개발도상국 통칭) 시장을 목표로 현지 네트워킹·무역금융·마케팅 등 지원도 강화하겠다"며 "디지털 서비스 수출 지원을 위해 테크 서비스 전용 바우처를 도입하고 우리 기업 전자·IT 분야 해외전시회 참여 지원도 확대한다"고 전했다.
최 권한대행은 "한류를 이끄는 화장품 시장에 유망기업이 진입하고 성장하도록 K-뷰티론을 신설하고 면세점 내 입점도 적극 지원하겠다"며 "딸기·포도·김·굴·쌀 가공식품 등 유망 농수산식품 수출을 위해 주요국에 공동물류센터(110개)·콜드체인을 확대하고 통관·검역 등 비관세장벽에도 철저히 대응하겠다"고 했다.
