공주시(시장 최원철)가 청소년과 지역 주민들의 교육, 문화, 복지, 여가를 아우르는 복합커뮤니티센터 '행복누림'의 6월 개관을 앞두고 막바지 준비에 박차를 가하고 있다.
최원철 시장은 최근 신관동 행정복지센터에서 열린 시민과의 대화에서 “공주시 행복누림이 청소년과 주민 모두에게 열린 공간이 될 수 있도록 철저히 준비하고 있다”며 “다양한 프로그램과 편리한 시설을 통해 시민들의 삶의 질을 한층 높이겠다”고 밝혔다.
행복누림은 신관동 옛 KBS 공주방송센터 부지에 총사업비 226억 원을 투입해 조성 중이며, 지하 1층, 지상 5층, 연면적 6,449㎡ 규모로 건립된다. 이곳에는 ▲청소년수련관 ▲평생학습관 ▲진로교육센터 ▲생활문화센터 ▲국민체육센터 ▲작은도서관 등 6개의 주요 시설이 들어설 예정이다.
