충남 예산군의회는 24일 본회의장에서 제311회 임시회 제1차 본회의를 열어, 군이 제출한 2025년 제1회 추가경정예산안과 기금운용계획변경안, 조례안 등 총 15개의 안건을 심의·의결했다.
당초 이번 임시회는 3월 11일에 개회할 예정이었으나, 경기 침체로 어려움을 겪고 있는 소상공인들에게 경영 정상화 자금을 신속히 지원하기 위해 '예산군 유통업 상생협력 및 소상공인 지원 조례 일부개정조례안'의 조속한 심의·의결을 위해 회기 일정을 앞당겼다.
군이 제출한 제1회 추경안의 총 규모는 기존 예산 8,741억 7,164만 원보다 272억 8,663만 원이 증가한 9,014억 5,827만 원이다.
군의회는 이날부터 각 부서별 예산안에 대한 의견을 청취한 뒤, 25일 예산결산특별위원회를 거쳐 26일 제2차 본회의에서 제1회 추가경정예산안을 최종 의결할 예정이다.
장순관 의장은 "제1회 추가경정예산안을 심사함에 있어 불요불급한 사안이 있는지 꼼꼼하게 살펴주기 바란다"며 "군민의 복지와 지역경제 활성화에 이바지하겠다"고 말했다.
