유한재단(이사장 김중수)은 2월 21일 유한양행 4층 대강당에서 ‘2025년 유한재단 장학금 수여식’을 개최했다. 이날 행사에는 김중수 이사장과 조욱제 유한양행 대표이사가 참석했다.
2025년도 장학금 수혜자는 가톨릭 꽃동네 대학교의 김민경 학생을 포함한 141명으로, 총 77여억원의 장학금이 1, 2학기로 나눠 지급된다.
김중수 이사장은 “유일한 박사님의 이념을 실천하며 반세기 넘게 대학생 장학제도를 운영해온 유한재단은 장학동우회 회원들이 사회 발전에 기여하고 있다”며, “이번에 선정된 장학생들도 이러한 전통을 이어갈 것으로 기대한다”고 말했다.
유한재단은 1970년 설립 이후 매년 우수한 학생들에게 등록금 전액을 지원해왔으며, 지금까지 8,700여 명에게 총 310여억원의 장학금을 지급했다.
Yuhan Foundation Awards 2025 Scholarships
On February 21, the Yuhan Foundation(Chairman Kim Joong-soo) held the “Yuhan Foundation Scholarship Award Ceremony for 2025” at the auditorium on the 4th floor of Yuhan Yangbang. The event was attended by Chairman Kim Joong-soo and CEO Cho Wook-je.
The 2025 scholarship recipients are 141 students, including Kim Min-kyung from Catholic Hwamdongne University, who will receive a total of KRW 7.7 billion in scholarships divided into the first and second semesters.
“The Yuhan Foundation, which has been operating a university scholarship program for more than half a century, has been contributing to the development of society through the philosophy of Dr. Yu Il Sung,” said Kim Joong-soo, Chairman of the Board of Directors. ”We expect the selected scholarship recipients to continue this tradition.”
Since its establishment in 1970, the Foundation has provided full tuition support to outstanding students every year, and has awarded scholarships totaling more than KRW 31 billion to more than 8,700 students.
