[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 동절기 운영을 중단했던 거창 항노화힐링랜드의 ‘산림치유 및 숲해설 프로그램을 15일부터 다시 운영한다고 밝혔다.
산림치유 프로그램은 산림치유센터와 숲속에서 다양한 체험활동을 통해 자연과 교감하며 스트레스 완화와 면역력 증진에 도움을 주는 프로그램으로, 참가자들은 숲길 걷기, 명상, 호흡법 등을 체험하며 심신의 안정을 취할 수 있다.
숲해설 프로그램은 전문 해설사의 안내를 통해 거창 항노화 힐링랜드 내 다양한 식생과 자연환경을 탐방하며 숲의 가치와 중요성을 배울 수 있다.
