전년도 1월 2일을 기점으로 '중대재해처벌 등에 관한 법률'이 상시근로자 5인 이상 모든 사업장으로 확대 적용됨에 따라, 충남 청양군이 관내 기업들의 안전보건 관리체계 구축을 적극 지원하고 나섰다.
청양군은 사업장에서 산업재해를 예방하고 법적 대응 능력을 강화할 수 있도록 ‘안전보건 관리체계 구축 컨설팅’ 참여를 독려하고 있다.
이 컨설팅은 고용노동부와 안전보건공단이 주관하는 사업으로, 전문가가 직접 현장을 방문해 사업장의 위험 요인을 점검하고, 실효성 있는 안전보건 체계를 마련할 수 있도록 돕는다.
컨설팅은 ▲경영자의 안전 리더십, ▲근로자 참여 확대, ▲위험 요인 식별 및 제거, ▲위험요인 제거와 대체·통제, ▲비상조치 계획 수립, ▲도급업체 안전 관리, ▲안전보건 평가 및 개선 등 7가지 핵심 요소를 중심으로 진행된다. 특히, 사업주와 근로자가 함께 참여해 실질적인 위험 요소를 평가하고 개선하는 ‘위험성 평가’ 방식이 강조된다.
지원 대상은 제조업, 운수·창고·통신업, 광업, 임업 등 상시근로자 5~299인 규모의 사업장과 종합건설업(시공능력평가액 순위 200위 초과) 또는 전문건설업 면허를 보유한 기업이다.
컨설팅 비용은 전액 무료이며, 신청은 안전보건공단 홈페이지(https://www.kosha.or.kr)에서 온라인 접수하거나 지역별 안전보건공단 본부를 방문 후, 신청서 제출하면 된다.
