[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 한국후계농업경영인 거창군연합회는 지난 15일 감악산 정상에서 ‘제10회 풍년기원제’를 개최했다.

이날 행사에는 한국후계농업경영인 거창군연합회, 한국여성농업인 거창군연합회 회원과 내빈 등 50여명이 참석했으며 신성범 국회의원도 함께해 농업인들의 노고를 격려하고 2025년 한 해의 풍년을 기원했다.

풍년기원제는 지역 농업인들의 한 해 농사의 풍년과 무사안녕을 기원하는 행사로 2019년까지 매년 진행되었으나 코로나19로 인해 중단됐다.

10회를 맞이한 풍년기원제는 원래 2024년에 개최될 예정이었지만, 기상 악화로 인해 취소되고 올해 6년 만에 다시 열리게 됐다.

이주영 한국후계농업경영인 거창군연합회 회장은 “어려운 여건 속에서도 농업 발전을 위해 힘쓰는 모든 농업인들에게 감사드린다”며 “앞으로도 지속적인 협력을 통해 거창 농업의 발전과 번영을 이끌어 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

한국후계농업경영인 거창군연합회는 앞으로도 지역 농업인들의 화합과 발전을 도모하는 다양한 활동을 지속적으로 펼쳐 나갈 계획이다.
