충청남도교육청(교육감 김지철)은 18일 청양에 위치한 칠갑산 NH호텔에서 도교육청, 교육지원청, 직속기관 소속 초등업무 담당 교육전문직 40여 명이 참석한 가운데 업무 분야별 정보 공유와 소통을 위한 자리를 마련했다.
이날 연수에서는 ▲초등교육과정 개편, ▲충남온학력 운영, ▲기초학력 향상, ▲독서·인문교육, ▲올바른 한글 사용 교육, ▲함께학교 운영 등 2025학년도 초등교육의 핵심 정책과 주요 사업을 공유했다. 특히, 각 분야별로 개정된 내용과 운영 시 유의해야 할 사항을 안내하며 현장 적용 방안을 집중적으로 논의했다.
또한, 실무자 간 경험을 나누는 사례 발표와 문제해결 방안 탐색을 통해 초등교육 현장의 다양한 고민을 함께 풀어나가는 시간도 가졌다. 이를 통해 참석자들은 교육 협력의 중요성을 재확인하고, 정책 실행력을 높이기 위한 공감대를 형성했다.
정은영 초등특수교육과 과장은 “2025년 초등교육 업무를 담당하는 각 기관의 교육전문직들이 주요 정책과 핵심 사업을 긴밀히 공유하고, 더욱 발전적인 방향을 함께 모색하는 뜻깊은 시간이 되길 바란다”고 밝혔다.
한편, 충남교육청은 앞으로도 초등교육 담당자들의 전문성을 강화하기 위해 충남교육연수원 내 관련 연수 과정을 신설하고, 배움자리 운영 등 다양한 지원 프로그램을 확대해 나갈 계획이다.
