굿네이버스 대전지부(지부장 백순규)는 대전 지역 내 11개 기업으로부터 후원금을 전달받아 중구 아동 구정참여단 ‘굿모션’ 사업을 추진한다고 31일 밝혔다.
이날 후원금 전달식은 대전 중구청 구민사랑방에서 진행됐으며, 김제선 중구청장과 천동현 제주고속 대표를 비롯한 관계자들이 참석했다.
이번 후원은 ▲글로벌소담(대표 조연옥) ▲계룡재활의학과의원(원장 임종훈) ▲동양산업(대표 홍성학) ▲대경전기조명(대표 조상원) ▲문창시장상인회ㆍ보부상마트(대표 김지헌) ▲복지TV(대표 이준호) ▲㈜블루밍산업개발(대표 최영희) ▲육식문화 목동점(대표 천성우) ▲㈜제주고속(대표이사 천동현) ▲중구 재향군인회(회장 이재담) ▲케이시캘리 중촌점(대표 박준규) 등 11개 업체의 참여로 이루어졌다.
기부된 후원금은 중구 지역 아동의 정책 참여를 확대하고 권리를 증진하기 위한 ‘굿모션’ 사업에 활용될 예정이다.
백순규 굿네이버스 대전지부장은 “아동이 행복한 중구를 만들기 위한 ‘굿모션’ 사업에 많은 기업이 공감하고 함께해 주셔서 감사하다”며 “앞으로도 아동권리옹호사업을 통해 더 나은 사회를 만드는 데 기여하겠다”고 전했다.
김제선 중구청장 또한 “아동의 권리 향상을 위한 기업들의 관심과 후원이 더욱 의미 있게 다가온다”며 “중구가 아동이 살기 좋은 도시로 자리 잡을 수 있도록 지속적인 관심과 협력을 부탁드린다”고 말했다.
한편, 굿네이버스 대전지부는 국내복지사업과 아동권리옹호사업을 수행하며 정부, 지방자치단체, 기업, 기관 등과 협력해 지역사회의 다양한 문제 해결에 앞장서고 있다.
