브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 한국토지주택공사(LH)가 7~9일 3일간 무주택 청년·신혼부부와 중산층·서민층 등을 위한 매입임대주택 청약 접수를 실시한다.
매입임대 사업은 LH가 도심 내 교통 접근성이 좋아 직주근접이 가능한 신축 및 기존주택을 매입해 저렴하게 임대하는 제도다. 지난해 청년 매입임대주택은 평균 경쟁률 53대 1, 신혼·신생아 매입임대주택은 평균 6대 1을 기록한 바 있다.
LH는 이번 공고를 통해 전국에 총 3003호를 공급한다.
유형별로는 청년 매입임대주택 1666호, 신혼·신생아 매입임대주택 1337호이다. 수도권이 서울 281호, 경기 882호, 인천 258호 등 총 1421호(47.3%)다.
'청년매입임대주택'은 19∼39세 청년, 대학생, 취업준비생 등을 대상으로 공급하는 주택이다. 지역별로는 서울·경기·인천 등 수도권 지역이 767호, 그 외 지역은 899호이다.
임대조건은 인근 시세의 40∼50% 수준이며 최장 10년간 거주할 수 있다. 입주 후 혼인한 경우 20년까지 연장된다.
'신혼·신생아 매입임대주택'은 결혼 7년 이내 (예비)신혼부부, 신생아가구 등을 대상으로 공급하는 주택이다. 지역별로는 서울·경기·인천 등 수도권 지역이 654호, 그 외 지역은 683호이며 소득·자산기준 등에 따라 신혼·신생아Ⅰ,Ⅱ 유형으로 구분된다.
'신혼·신생아Ⅰ'유형은 다가구, 다세대주택 등을 시세 30∼40% 수준으로 공급하는 유형으로 최장 20년까지 거주할 수 있다.
'신혼·신생아Ⅱ' 유형의 경우 아파트·오피스텔 등을 시세 70∼80% 수준의 준전세형으로 공급하는 유형이다. 보증금이 80%, 월임대료가 20%로 임대료 부담이 적다. 최장 10년, 자녀가 있는 경우 14년까지 거주할 수 있다.
