충남 보령시가 봄기운을 가득 담은 축제를 오는 4월 12일(토), 지역의 대표적인 자연 명소인 옥마산 일원에서 개최한다. '2025 옥마산 봄꽃축제'는 겨우내 준비해온 다양한 봄꽃들과 함께 가족, 연인, 지역 주민들이 어우러져 자연 속에서 봄을 만끽할 수 있도록 기획됐다.
축제의 서막은 대영사 주차장에서 펼쳐지는 대천4동 풍물단의 길놀이로 시작된다. 이곳을 중심으로 이어지는 축제장 일대에는 수선화, 연산홍, 무스카리 등 봄을 대표하는 꽃들이 다채롭게 식재되어 있어 산 전체를 형형색색으로 수놓는다. 곳곳에는 기념사진을 남기기 좋은 포토존도 마련되어 방문객들의 발길을 끈다.
