[브레이크뉴스=주윤한 기자] 거창군은 8일 정부의 제10차 전력수급기본계획에서 확정된 345㎸ 신장수~무주영동 간 송전선로 건설사업의 노선 결정 진행 절차인 주민 주도 입지선정위원회 위원 구성을 앞두고 있는 시점에서 거창군 지역 송전선로 경유 반대 의견을 명확히 밝혔다.
군은 지난해 10월부터 올해 4월 1일까지 이 건설사업의 경과구역에 포함된 3개 면을 대상으로 사업에 대한 정확한 정보 전달과 향후 대응 방향에 대해 간담회 등을 개최해 의견 수렴해 왔다.
거창군이 송전선로 경유에 반대하는 주된 이유는 세 가지로 첫째로 본 건설사업의 경과 대역에 거창군 일부 지역이 포함된 곳은 사업 경과 대역 중심에서 벗어난 외곽 지역에 위치해 경제성, 타당성, 당위성 등이 낮다는 것이다.
