충남 서천군이 청년들의 목소리를 직접 정책에 반영하기 위한 ‘청년정책 정기토론회’를 개최한다. 이번 토론회는 지역 청년들의 실질적인 참여를 통해 창의적이고 실현 가능한 정책을 발굴하기 위한 자리로 마련됐다.
1차 모임은 오는 4월 14일 오후 6시, 서천군청 2층 대회의실에서 ‘청년정책 학습회’라는 이름으로 열린다. 이 자리에서는 서천군이 현재 추진 중인 다양한 청년 관련 정책들을 소개하고, 타 지역의 우수 사례들을 함께 살펴보며 정책에 대한 전반적인 이해를 높일 예정이다.
이어지는 2차 토론회는 4월 26일 오전 10시에 같은 장소에서 진행되며, 앞서 학습회에서 다룬 내용을 바탕으로 청년들이 실제 생활 속에서 필요로 하는 정책 아이디어를 함께 고민하고 논의하는 시간으로 꾸며진다.
이번 토론회는 단순한 설명회나 설문이 아닌, 청년 당사자들이 자유롭게 의견을 나누며 정책 형성 과정에 주도적으로 참여할 수 있도록 기획됐다. 수렴된 의견은 향후 서천군의 청년정책에 반영될 수 있도록 적극 검토될 예정이다.
