거창군은 산업재해 예방과 안전한 근로환경 조성을 위해 민간사업체 3개소를 대상으로 안전보건 컨설팅 지원사업을 추진한다고 15일 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 상시근로자 수 5인 이상 50인 미만의 사업장에도 「중대재해처벌법」이 적용됨에 따라 어려움을 겪는 중소 사업체가 스스로 실효성 있는 안전보건관리체계를 구축할 수 있도록 컨설팅을 지원하는 사업이다.
올해 시행 3년 차인 컨설팅 지원사업은 2023년에는 15곳, 2024년에는 3곳의 민간 사업장의 실질적인 산업재해 예방관리 기반 마련에 도움을 줬으며, 올해도 컨설팅 비용 전액 무료로 안전사고 위험성이 높은 건설업, 제조업 및 기타업 사업장 각 1곳씩 선정해 추진한다.
군은 고용노동부 지정 안전관리전문기관에 컨설팅을 위탁하고, 사업체당 4~5회에 걸친 현장 방문을 통해 위험성 평가, 유해·위험요인 도출 및 개선 등 총 7가지 핵심요소를 포함하여 서류 작성과 현장점검, 안전교육 등을 중점적으로 살펴 업종별 맞춤형 안전보건관리체계 구축을 중점적으로 지원할 예정이다.

거창군은 오는 16일부터 30일까지 14일간 거창형 청년수당 ‘청년도약금’ 참여자를 모집한다.

2023년 경남도 내에서 최초로 시행된 거창형 청년수당 ‘청년도약금’은 매년 100명의 청년에게 200만 원을 지급하여 일하는 청년의 근속을 통한 자립과 결혼 장려로 지역사회 구성원으로서 청년의 ‘도약’을 돕기 위한 맞춤형 청년 지원사업이다.
지원대상은 거창군에 주소를 두고 있는 19~45세 이하인 미혼 청년으로, 공고일 기준 군 거주기간이 2년 이상이고, 군 소재 직장 근로기간이 1년 이상이며 중위소득 130% 이하인 경우 신청이 가능하다.
