충남 금산군의회(의장 김기윤)가 2025년도 행정사무감사를 앞두고 군민을 대상으로 제보 접수에 나선다.
제보 기간은 4월 14일부터 5월 23일까지이며, 이번 접수는 군민의 의견을 군정에 직접 반영하고 감사의 실효성을 높이기 위한 취지로 마련됐다.
군민 누구나 참여할 수 있는 이번 제보는 ▲행정 전반의 위법·부당 사례 ▲보조금의 부적절한 사용 ▲예산 낭비 의혹 ▲정책 개선 또는 건의 사항 ▲생활과 밀접한 불편 사례 등 다양한 분야를 포함한다.
김기윤 의장은 “군민 제보는 행정사무감사의 실효성을 높이고, 군정에 군민의 목소리를 직접 반영하는 데 중요한 역할을 한다”며 “행정 서비스나 정책 과정에서 느낀 문제점이 있다면 주저하지 말고 제보해 달라”고 당부했다.
다만, 익명 제보나 사생활 침해 우려가 있는 내용, 수사나 재판 중인 사안, 단순 민원 처리 요청 등은 감사자료로 채택되지 않는다.
제보는 금산군의회 공식 홈페이지에서 온라인으로 접수할 수 있으며, 이메일(geumsancouncil.go.kr), 우편(32733 충남 금산군 금산읍 군청5길 53), 카카오톡 채널(금산군의회) 등을 통해서도 제출할 수 있다.
접수된 제보는 오는 6월 예정된 행정사무감사에 참고 자료로 활용되며, 제보자의 신상은 철저히 보호된다.
