부여군, 전세보증금 반환보증 보증료 지원 상향

충남 부여군이 전세사기 예방과 주민의 주거 안정을 위해 ‘전세보증금 반환보증 보증료 지원사업’의 지원 한도를 기존 30만 원에서 40만 원으로 상향 조정한다고 18일 밝혔다.

이번 조치는 국토교통부의 관련 지침 개정에 따라 시행되는 것으로, 보증 가입에 대한 부담을 덜어주고 선제적으로 피해 예방을 강화하기 위한 취지다.

지원 대상은 전세보증금 3억 원 이하 주택에 거주하는 무주택 세입자이며, 소득 요건을 충족할 경우 보증료 일부 또는 전액을 지원받을 수 있다. 구체적으로는 청년(만 19세 이상 39세 이하)과 신혼부부의 경우 보증료 전액을, 일반 무주택 임차인은 보증료의 90%를 지원하며, 두 경우 모두 최대 40만 원까지 지원된다.

소득 기준은 ▲청년 5천만 원 이하 ▲일반 임차인 6천만 원 이하 ▲신혼부부는 부부 합산 7천5백만 원 이하이며, 보증 보험은 주택도시보증공사(HUG), 서울보증보험(SGI), 한국주택금융공사(HF) 가운데 한 곳을 통해 가입하면 된다.

다만, 외국인, 국내에 거주하지 않는 재외국민, 등록임대주택 임차인(민간임대주택 특별법 기준), 법인 임차인의 경우에는 지원 대상에서 제외된다.

신청은 정부의 ‘보조금24’ 웹사이트나 HUG 안심전세포털에서 온라인으로 가능하며, 부여군청을 직접 방문해 접수할 수도 있다.

부여군 관계자는 “이번 보증료 지원금 상향을 통해 세입자들의 부담이 실질적으로 줄어들 것으로 기대된다”며 “앞으로도 군민들이 안심하고 거주할 수 있는 환경 조성과 전세 사기 피해 예을 위해 다양한 주거 정책을 지속적으로 마련해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
