대전과기대, 제51기 3급 장애인역도 심판 강습회 성료

대전과학기술대학교(총장 이효인) 스포츠건강관리학과가 지난 18일부터 이틀간 교내에서 대한장애인역도연맹과 협력하여 ‘제51기 3급 장애인역도 심판 강습회’를 성공적으로 개최했다.

이번 교육 과정은 오는 10월 부산에서 개최되는 제45회 전국장애인체육대회에 파견될 역도 심판을 양성하기 위한 자격 취득 과정으로, 스포츠건강관리학과 재학생 약 30명이 참가해 전문 역량을 다졌다. 강습을 마친 뒤 우수한 성적으로 자격을 획득한 학생들은 실제 전국대회 현장에서 심판으로 활동할 기회를 얻게 된다.

강의는 대한장애인역도연맹의 이인구 전무이사와 대전과기대 박노혁 교수가 담당하였으며, 교육 내용은 장애인 체육의 전반적인 이해를 비롯해 장애인역도 경기 규칙, 실제 경기 운영 방법, 장애 인식 개선 교육 등으로 구성됐다.

박노혁 스포츠건강관리학과 학과장은 “학생들이 제45회 전국장애인체육대회에 심판 및 운영 요원으로 참여하면서 실무 역량을 기를 뿐만 아니라, 장애인 체육과 특수체육에 대한 이해를 넓히는 계기가 되길 바란다”며 “이런 경험이 졸업 후 진로에도 실질적인 도움이 될 것”이라고 전했다.

스포츠건강관리학과는 지난 2013년부터 대한장애인역도연맹과 공동으로 심판 양성과정을 꾸준히 운영해오고 있으며, 매년 전국 규모의 장애인 체육대회에서 학생들이 심판으로 활약하고 있다. 더불어, 2025학년도에는 RISE 사업에 참여하여 ㈜씨엘키즈, ㈜파랑새스포츠, ㈜테크니스트, ㈜시뮬랩, 140 키즈수영장 등과의 협력을 통해 지역 스포츠인재 육성에도 박차를 가하고 있다.

The Department of Sports Health Management at Daejeon University of Science and Technology (President Lee Hyo-in) successfully held the ‘51st 3rd Grade Disabled Weightlifting Judge Training Course’ on campus for two days from the 18th in cooperation with the Korea Disabled Weightlifting Federation.
