충남 부여군(군수 박정현)은 오는 4월 30일, 2025년 1월 1일 기준 개별공시지가와 개별주택가격을 확정해 공개한다고 29일 밝혔다.
이에 앞서 부여군 부동산가격공시위원회는 지난 21일 군청 서동브리핑실에서 심의를 열고, 총 27만 210필지의 개별공시지가와 2만 1822호의 개별주택 가격을 심의·의결했다.
올해 부여군의 개별공시지가는 전년 대비 평균 0.49% 상승했고, 개별주택가격은 1.34% 올랐다. 군은 최근 익산-평택고속도로 개통과 각종 개발 사업에 따른 지역 내 부동산 수요 증가가 이번 가격 상승을 견인한 것으로 분석하고 있다.
공시된 가격에 이의가 있는 경우, 4월 30일부터 5월 29일까지 한 달간 부여군청 및 읍·면 행정복지센터, 또는 부동산공시가격알리미 누리집을 통해 이의신청을 접수할 수 있다.
접수된 이의신청 건에 대해서는 감정평가사의 재조사와 부동산가격공시위원회의 재심의를 거쳐 6월 26일 최종 조정·공시될 예정이다.
부여군 관계자는 “공시가격은 각종 조세와 부담금 부과의 기준이 되는 만큼, 가격을 꼭 확인하고 이견이 있을 경우 정해진 기간 내 이의신청을 해주시기 바란다”고 당부했다.
