충남 청양군이 농업 보조사업 전반에 걸쳐 구조적 개편에 나서면서 사업의 형평성과 실효성을 한층 끌어올리고 있다. 형식적인 지원에서 벗어나, 실제 농업인에게 도움이 되는 ‘체감형 지원 체계’로 전환하겠다는 취지다.
