'제12회 부안마실축제' 개막 2일 차인 3일 전북자치도 부안군 해뜰마루 지방정원은 개막식의 후끈 달아오른 열기를 이어받아 한층 활기차고 재미있는 프로그램으로 축제의 분위기를 더하고 있다.
