서울벤처대학원대학교와 오트리스그룹이 공동 주관하고, 글로벌헤리티지연구원이 주최하는 글로벌헤리티지 최고경영자과정(AMP)에서 '성공적인 부동산 자산관리와 리츠 투자 전략'을 주제로 특강을 진행했다고 12일 밝혔다.
이번 특강에는 국민은행 박원갑 수석위원이 '부의 대를 이어라 성공적인 부동산 자산관리'와 한국부동산리치투자자문협회 모현숙 회장이 강사로 나서 리츠 투자에 대한 인사이트를 중심으로 강연했다.

행사는 글로벌헤리티지 AMP 1기 원우인 김두연 경찰장학재단 이사장의 축사로 시작됐다. 서울 자치경찰위원회 위원이자 (주)이도 상무로 재직 중인 김 이사장은 "지속적인 학습과 네트워킹이 리더의 성장과 기업 발전에 중요한 밑거름이 된다"며 글로벌헤리티지 커뮤니티의 협업과 시너지를 강조했다.

이날 행사에서는 홍윤선 센터장(유진투자증권 WM광화문)이 사회를 맡아 원우들과 전문가들이 함께하는 집단지성 네트워크 시간이 진행되었으며, 협업을 위한 '융합 프로젝트 킥오프 미팅'도 논의되었다.
