한국농어촌공사 고양지사(지사장 유승호)는 15일 집중호우시 비상상황에 대비한 '2025년 상지석배수장 비상대처훈련'을 실시했다.
공사가 관리하는 상지석배수장은 주변 농경지 312ha의 침수 방지를 위해 설치된 시설로, 집중호우 시 신속한 배수장 가동을 위해 수시 점검을 실시하고 있다.
이번 훈련은 집중호우로 인한 자연배수 불가 및 낙뢰로 인한 정전 등 비상상황을 가정해 진행됐다.

배수장 가동 및 응급 복구를 통한 주변 주민 대피, 농경지 피해 최소화, 배수장시설 원상복구 등을 중점적으로 점검하였으며, 관계기관 및 주민 30여명이 참여해 기관간 협조체계 상태 등을 확인했다.
유승호 지사장은 "기후변화에 따른 집중호우 발생 빈도가 높아진 만큼 모든 직원이 신속한 대응이 가능하도록 비상대처훈련을 실전처럼 준비하겠다"며 "안전한 영농기반 구축에 최선의 노력을 다하겠다"고 밝혔다.
한편, 상지석배수장은 고양시 일산서구에 위치한 주요 배수시설로, 인근 농경지의 침수 방지에 중요한 역할을 담당하고 있다.
