김해시는 지난 11일부터 17일까지 카타르 도하와 아랍에미리트 두바이에 관내 일반기계부품 제조 7개사로 구성된 무역사절단을 파견해 총 7,580만 달러 규모 수출상담과 3,602만 달러 상당 계약추진 성과를 달성했다고 20일 밝혔다.
무역사절단은 김재율 시 기업투자유치단장을 필두로 ▲㈜SW밸브 ▲㈜노바스 ▲㈜하영코퍼레이션 ▲㈜한영기계 ▲㈜광남정밀 ▲㈜부일금고 ▲㈜대동이 참여해 양국에서 현지 유력 바이어들과 1대1 수출상담회, 산업단지 시찰 등 실질적인 시장 개척 활동을 펼쳤다.
도하에서는 53건의 상담을 통해 3,122만 달러 규모의 수출상담과 1,139만 달러의 계약추진 성과를 거뒀으며 두바이에서는 44건, 4,458만 달러 규모의 수출상담 및 2,463만 달러 상당의 계약추진이 이어졌다. 또한 총 4건의 MOU를 체결하여 수출 가능성을 더욱 높였다.
