거창군은 지난 19일 농촌체험휴양마을 5개소를 직접 방문해 운영 상황을 점검하고 농촌관광 활성화 방안 논의하는 ‘제11회 농사청(農思聽)’을 개최했다.
이번 현장 방문에는 구인모 거창군수를 비롯해 행복농촌과장, 농촌체험휴양마을 운영 임원 등이 참석했으며 체험휴양마을 운영 현황을 점검하고 마을 주민들의 다양한 의견을 직접 듣는 소통의 시간을 가졌다.
농어촌체험·휴양마을은 「도시와 농어촌 간의 교류촉진에 관한 법률」에 근거해 2007년부터 추진되어 온 것으로, 도시민에게 농촌 체험과 휴양을 제공하는 공간이다. 현재 거창군에는 총 14개의 농촌체험휴양마을이 운영되고 있다.
