충남 당진시는 지난 5월 15일부터 18일까지 일산 킨텍스에서 열린 '2025 트래블쇼'에 참가하여 홍보 부문 '대상'을 수상하는 영예를 안았다.
이번 수상은 당진시가 △2024 내나라 여행 박람회(우수상) △2024 트래블쇼(최우수상) △2025 내나라 여행 박람회(대상)에 이어 관광 박람회에서 4년 연속 수상하는 쾌거다.
국내 최대 규모의 관광 및 축제 콘텐츠 전문 박람회인 '2025 트래블쇼'에는 전국 150개 기관, 단체, 기업이 참여했으며 200여 개 부스가 운영되었다. 약 10만 명의 관람객이 방문하며 성황리에 막을 내렸다.
당진시는 충청남도, 논산시와 함께 '충남관광 홍보관'을 운영하며, 삽교호 드론 라이트 쇼, 면천읍성, 신리성지, 합덕성당, 아마존 아쿠아파크 등 대표 관광 콘텐츠와 신유빈쌀(해나루쌀), 면천두견주, 백련막걸리 등 우수 지역 특산품을 적극적으로 홍보했습니다.
