대구행복진흥사회서비스원-노사발전재단 영남지사, 일·생활 균형 확산 위해 업무협약

【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구행복진흥사회서비스원과 노사발전재단 영남지사가 일·생활 균형(워라밸) 문화 확산을 위해 손을 맞잡았다.

양 기관은 21일 대구행복진흥사회서비스원에서 업무협약을 맺고, 실근로시간 단축과 워라밸 문화 확산을 위한 공동 지원에 나서기로 했다. 

주요 협력 사항으로는 참여 기업 발굴, 제도 활용 촉진, 경영 컨설팅, 직장교육 등이 포함된다.

대구행복진흥사회서비스원은 대구일생활균형지원센터를 통해 지역 기업의 근무환경 개선과 직원 복지 향상을 도와왔다. 

노사발전재단 영남지사는 노사 상생 협력과 ‘워라밸+4.5’ 프로젝트 등 현장 중심 사업을 추진한 바 있다.

두 기관은 이번 협약을 계기로 각자의 전문성을 살려 중소기업을 중심으로 맞춤형 지원을 더욱 강화할 방침이다. 

최희재 대구행복진흥사회서비스원장 직무대행은 “현장 중심 지원이 확대되길 기대한다”고 밝혔으며, 오유경 노사발전재단 영남지사장은 “컨설팅과 교육을 통해 제도의 안착을 돕겠다”고 전했다.

The Daegu Happiness Promotion Social Service Agency and the Yeongnam Branch of the Korea Labor-Management Development Foundation have joined hands to promote a work-life balance culture.

On the 21st, the two organizations signed a memorandum of understanding at the Daegu Happiness Promotion Social Service Agency and agreed to provide joint support for reducing actual working hours and spreading a work-life balance culture.

Key areas of cooperation include identifying participating companies, promoting the utilization of relevant systems, providing management consulting, and conducting workplace training.

The Daegu Happiness Promotion Social Service Agency has been assisting local companies in improving working environments and enhancing employee welfare through the Daegu Work-Life Balance Support Center.

The Yeongnam Branch of the Korea Labor-Management Development Foundation has previously promoted field-oriented initiatives, such as labor-management mutual cooperation and the ‘Work-Life Balance+4.5’ project.

Taking this agreement as an opportunity, the two organizations plan to further strengthen customized support, focusing on small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), by leveraging their respective expertise. Choi Hee-jae, Acting Director of the Daegu Happiness Promotion Social Service Agency, stated, “I look forward to the expansion of field-oriented support,” while Oh Yu-kyung, Head of the Yeongnam Branch of the Korea Labor-Management Development Foundation, said, “We will help the system take root through consulting and education.”
