김은경 동작구연합회장은 “작은 플라스틱 컵 하나라도 재활용되면 쓰레기 소각 과정에서 나오는 온실가스를 줄이는 데 도움이 된다”며 “수생식물을 키우는 것도 미세먼지를 줄이고 도심의 열섬 현상을 완화하는 데 효과가 있어 탄소중립 실천의 좋은 출발점이 될 수 있다”고 강조했다.
