박 대표는 2012년 쿠팡에 정책담당 실장으로 합류, 2019년 쿠팡 정책담당 부사장을 거쳐 2020년부터 쿠팡 신사업부문 대표를 맡아왔다.
박 대표는 AI 물류혁신을 바탕으로 전국 로켓배송 확대와 대규모 일자리 창출 등 쿠팡의 혁신 신사업과 지역 인프라 개발을 이끌어 왔다. 나아가 여러 지방자치단체 및 정부기관과 협업으로 런칭한 상설기획관 ‘착한상점‘을 비롯, 다양한 중소상공인 판로 확대 프로젝트를 주도하며 지방 농가를 비롯한 소상공인들의 디지털 판로 개척에 앞장서 왔다.
또한, 쿠팡이츠, 쿠팡플레이 등 신사업을 리딩하며 고객 경험 혁신을 주도하는 한편, 쿠팡의 지속 가능한 성장을 이끌어왔다.
