충남 계룡시(시장 이응우)가 청장년층 근로자의 정신건강 증진을 위해 본격적인 정책 추진에 나섰다.
시는 지난 9일, 두마면에 위치한 명랑시대외식청년창업협동조합(이하 명랑시대)과 ㈜피앤에프를 관내 ‘마음봄 사업장’으로 지정하고, 업무협약 체결 및 현판 전달식을 진행했다.
‘마음봄 사업장’은 계룡시가 올해 새롭게 도입한 정신건강 지원 사업이다. ‘근로자의 마음이 따뜻한 봄이길’, ‘근로자의 마음을 보는 사업장’이라는 슬로건 아래, 다양한 심리지원 프로그램을 제공하는 것이 핵심이다.
