제주특별자치도 자치경찰단은 A씨를 의료법 위반 혐의로 구속해 관련 사건을 검찰에 송치했다고 17일 밝혔다.
A씨는 지난 2022년부터 최근까지 약 4년간 제주를 비롯 서울ㆍ부산ㆍ대구 등 전국 각 지역을 돌아다니며 치매와 암 등 각종 질병을 앓고 있는 노인 등 환자 120여 명에게 한의사 면허 없이 침 시술을 한 혐의를 받고 있다.
