국민연금공단은 19일부터 국민연금법에 따른 장애 심사와 장애인복지법에 따른 장애정도 심사 제도와 신청 절차 등의 안내에 인공지능 기술을 이용한 '수어 통역' 서비스를 제공한다.
'수어 통역'서비스는 공단에서 제작한 장애 심사 관련 각종 안내문과 홍보물에 삽입된 정보무늬(QR코드)를 통해 이용할 수 있다.
정보무늬를 모바일 기기로 촬영하면 안내 화면으로 이동된다.
