특히, 일손 부족과 고령화 문제 해소를 위해 농작업 대행사업과 농업근로자 기숙사 건립, 계절근로자 도입 등을 통해 현장의 노동력 공백을 체계적으로 대응하고 있으며, 청년 인구 유입을 위한 ‘거창韓 청년 귀농홈’과 ‘체류형 복합단지 조성’ 사업을 통해 지방소멸 위기에도 선제적으로 대응하고 있다.
